I used Dolly Parton's Stampede and the communication was... I mean, it wasn’t bad, but it was average. They did get back to me, but a couple of times it took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up just to get a clearer answer. Not the worst experience or anything, just not as smooth as I hoped. Once they replied, the answers were mostly helpful, but I do wish they had been faster and a bit clearer from the start.

I made my account on dpstampede.com today, it was smoother than I expected. The steps were clear, and I didn’t have that annoying feeling of trying to figure out what button to click next.
The email confirmation came through without any trouble too, which is always a relief. I’ve had other sites make even basic signup feel like a chore, so this was a nice change.
